<p style="text-align: justify;">We are committed to pursuing diversity and equality in the legal profession. It is for this reason we have set up the following:-</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>The ‘Zaiwalla Scholarship’ at Sommerville College at the Oxford University India Centre for Sustainable Development</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">In homage to the firm’s own roots, we have since 2017 maintained an annual scholarship for one Indian law student to come to the UK to study a one-year <strong>Masters in International Law</strong> at Sommerville College at the University of Oxford. The objective of this scholarship is to give these students an opportunity to forge international connections, advance their own professional careers and contribute to an advancing global legal framework. So far the scholarship has funded five students doing their Masters, the latest scholar starting in September 2022.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>The ‘Solicitors of the Future’ Intern Scheme</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Our team has developed an intern scheme to offer quality experience in a City law firm to law students from diverse socio-economic backgrounds. The English Law Society will be participating in the selection process which will commence in January 2023.</p>
