<p>Pawan is a seasoned restructuring and insolvency practitioner. As head of restructuring and debt advisory at AccuDigital, He works to define the strategy and financial plans to guide the firms through restructuring process.</p>
<p>Pawan is a seasoned restructuring and insolvency practitioner with considerable experience in helping financial stakeholders protect and maximise value. His specialisms are providing a soft landing for distressed entities and asset recovery on behalf of claimants.</p>
<p>For more than 30 years, has advised lenders and companies on multiple challenging and high-profile projects and is always at the forefront of the drive to share best practice and develop restructuring, insolvency, and asset recovery techniques.</p>
<p>He has more than three decades’ experience as an adviser, executive and board director. As head of restructuring and debt advisory at AccuDigital, he works with owners and management teams to define their strategy and financial plan, and then guide them through a fund raising or restructuring process.</p>
